Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place your unused snowboard or gear into its original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials and tags are intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
