How do I choose the right snowboard length?
Selecting the right size depends on your weight, height, and riding style. Generally, a board should reach between your chest and chin. Refer to our specific model size charts for weight-range recommendations to ensure optimal performance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship #YES snowboards globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
What is the warranty policy on #YES snowboards?
We stand by our craftsmanship. All our boards come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover damage from impact, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
Can I return a board if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unused, unmounted snowboards in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a board has been waxed or bindings have been mounted, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do the boards come factory waxed?
Yes, all #YES snowboards come with a factory wax and are ready to ride straight out of the box. However, for the best experience, we recommend a hot wax after your first few days on the mountain.
How long does shipping take within the US and Canada?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear before a specific trip.
